Write a letter to a travel agent expressing your dissatisfaction with their facilities due to a problem you had on a holiday

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my strong disapproval of the amenities that your agency had rendered me logistics services. Despite constant assurance of satisfying services, this instance has presented the image of your organization in poor light.
I had booked a room in royal hotel of Goa during my summer holidays through your company. At that time, your representative had promised me to provide best accomdation and food, all these things were all-in-one package.

On the top of that, when I reached there, room was too small and not properly cleaned. I had to share bathroom with other people which is really difficult for me. Even though, I especially requested for spare bathroom with proper cleaning but I am totally disappointed by your services.

I believe, the best course of action would be refund my room charges or provide me a free stay for next holidays with best facilities.
