Write a letter to your company that you going to training course
This should include
1) Details about the training
2) How it will benefit your job
3) How you arrange yourself with the schedule.
Hello Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the three month training on artificial intelligence (AI) that I have decided to participate.
The training mostly focuses on physical implementation of AI, which is one of the hot topics in the market these days. Besides, they are conducting hand-on workshops to familiarize with its working concepts. This could be a lot beneficial for our newest client, such as Infosys and Capgemini, whose main domains are completely relying on AI.
It will provide me a deep insight to understand client’s requirement and to demonstrate feasible solution to enhance their existing business. Partial understanding could have severe repercussions in the product development life cycle, which can cost us a client. When we have better understanding about the model, we would be in a better position compared to our competitors in the market.
Nevertheless, all the sessions are conducted after working hours, except for the workshop which is in the morning. So, it won’t affect my existing routine but during last week of course I may join office one hour late. I will cover up my work by staying one hour late for the whole week.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Sandip Ramani
