Hello Mrs. Malhotra,
I hope you are having a great day. I am writing this letter to inform you about the repair that was arranged last weekend, was not successful.
There was problem in bathroom tap and kitchen's door lock both were not working. Additionally, I am not able to get hot water as geyser's pipe was broken or may be needs service and cupboard's door needs extra push to close, may be wooden got puffed up because of weather.
The workman only changed main room's door which I have not asked for. Although, bathroom tap is working fine now but rest of problems are still persisting.
Next weekend my parents are coming for 2 days stay at my place, so please repair the rest ones too and also fix the geyser's pipe on urgent basis as it is crucial in this extreme low temperature to have hot water to perform every activity in the kitchen. If the workman needs any assistance then I will be available after 5 PM for any help.
