I am writing this letter to inform you regarding technical issues i am facing while working on till in subway, Mangree.
In Morning, when i start the computer, it was working well. After my continous work on computer about 8 hours, its windows start giving problems, and shut down itself 2 to 3 times. Resultantly, caused headache for the customers to pay their bill by waiting into long aisles. Moreso, while doing one-minute cash in the evenings, i was not able to get the cash drops because cash drop alerts stopped working and was hard to put whole amonut of money since mornings in the safe.
I would like to request you to send any technician to fix it as soon as possible otherwise it will affect on not only our work but also number of customers will be reduced due to long queues.
