Dear Sir,
This is Shyam, working as a Lead Systems Engineer in Flight Management System(FMS) department under your supervision. I am currently working on an assignment that requires our team to set up the configuration for the upcoming delivery.
I have been working on finalizing the configuration for a week now, but I am currently experiencing network issues that frequently reset the configuration back to the square one. I find this issue to be repetitive and it exactly triggers during the final step of the configuration by which 80% of the task gets complete.
Frequent disruptions in the network is impacting the productivity and efficability, thereby impacting the project milestone. If this remains unresolved, our commitments are going to take a blow and all the future activities of this project will experience a right-shift in the deliveries.
I have raised an IT ticket to have this issue looked at by our IT experts, but looks like their plate is already filled with number of tasks. Only way to make this their priority is your intervention as a Manager so if you could communicate to their leadership team regarding the significant impact this assignment has on our customers, there is a good probability that this request will be given a high priority. Please take a look into this and do the needful.
