Hello Mr. Williams,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding to your complain about noise from my house. Please consider this as my sincere apology. I would like to explain the cause of this inconvenience.

I have started taking guitar lessons from last 2 weeks. However, due to my busy schedule I was not able to attend classes on time. I asked my tutor to provide lessons at home however, I had not idea that sound of guitar will reach to your flat. I have very busy work routine and don't get spare time to pursue my hobby except night. To be very honest I did't realise that my hobby will cause trouble to you. Also, I totally understand that it would have been arduous for you to sleep with the noise of guitar daily.

I assure you that this problem will be solved as I am going to take classes at institution only. I have informed my teacher that he need not to come here. Additionally, for further I will take care of pitch and sound of my guitar if I will play at home. As well as, I am thankful to you to let me know about this situation I was not aware of.

I hope that this unpleasant situation will not hurt our friendship. Looking forward to meet you soon.

Yours Faithfully,
John
