Dear James,
I am living as a tenant at your appartment located on Forest Avenue, New Jersey with my family for the last one year.
I am writing to let you know that I am unsatisfied with the condition of some of the furniture at the appartment. Let me explain the situation. Firstly the bed matress in the master bedroom has become very stiff and the springs are poking the back while sleeping. My mother already has back problems and this is aggravating her back pain further. Secondly the hinges of the cupboard in the other room has started to come out, the door would come out now any day. My family members might get hurt.
I would appreciate if you could fix the mentioned issues as soon as possible or let me know if i can get it don and send you the bill.
