You are going away to travel for the summer. A friend will be looking after your house while you are away. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:Say where you are goingDescribe your houseExplain some of the things your friend must do to look after

Dear Ashline,

I hope you and your family are in ravishing health. I am writing this letter to thank you for taking responsibility for looking after my house in my absence, I am very much appreciated.

As I told you earlier, I am traveling for some business purpose for three weeks this July to France. Currently, I am on a cruise, that is why not able to call you. In two days, I will reach Paris and join with my the rest of the team at the hotel.

I own a two-story small house, so you can take care of it easily, it would not be a tough job. I have an open kitchen, dining area and living room on ground floor with combined restroom. At the first floor, three bedrooms are there, and an open terrace with beautiful plants and majestic view, you can enjoy your free time there. You can also use any two bedrooms to sleepover at night.

I just need you to set the alarm whenever you go out, as recently one burglary case happen in our are and please be secure. I left the alarm code on the kitchen shelf. Also, it would be nice if you could water plants once a week, and put the trash out every Tuesday.

I will bring some French chocolates for you and give a call once I reach on land.

Thank you,

ABC
