Dear James,
I hope you and your family doing ok. I am writing to inform you that I have been stuck on an impossible situation and due to that I have to cancel my visit to England on upcoming month.
My current employer has planned a worldwide event on knowledge sharing of different ongoing construction projects between all the branch offices in India through Video Conferencing. I am supposed to lead my team on behalf of our Mumbai Branch.
Due to this I have to reschedule my England trip. I am really sorry for this and I assure you I will make up for this next time I see you.
I will clear my schedule for next month in advance with my employer and then we will plan for my visit if it is ok with you. Let me know if you are available for next month. I will Wait for your favourable reply.
