Dear Kareem,
It`s been so long since we met last month. I hope you and your family are all well! I`m writing to offer you a ticket for a music concert which I won`t be able to attend.
My wife and I are amazed with life music concerts where one will be shown life in our city week. When I decided to book a concert, I could not have chosen better than the musician Omar Khiry. The concert will start on Monday at 9:00 PM in the main Opera hall, but you must arrive early for the check-in arrangement and security checks.
I booked the ticket early this month, and I did not expect that I will be out of the country on the concert`s day. My company has just signed a contract with an important client where in China, and I have been selected in the team who will travel to Beijing to negotiate the terms and conditions. I will be unavailable in the country for a complete month starting from this Friday.
It is so tight for me to do all travel arrangement; therefore, I left the ticket with my next-door neighbor Mr. Essam. You can pass by and ask him directly for it, but it would be better to come afternoon after his work duties are over.
