I am writing this letter to inform about my absence for the AI course enrollment interview, which is scheduled on Thursday morning, due to sudden turn of events.
I completely understand the seriousness of this process and the inconvenience, which is going to cause due to reschedule. I regret for my unavailability but I finally got a doctor’s appointment after waiting for months. Moreover, the doctor is in town only on that day otherwise I would have changed the date. Could you please share any other suitable time later that day or any other day works for me?
I have few more queries regarding the interview process as I have not been shared with any details. Could you please advise about the duration of the whole process and whether there will be any written test during the interview for which I should prepare in advance? I would really appreciate if you could provide above information at earliest.
