My name is Luay ALKobtan,I am 43 years old ,I live in Riyadh and work as electrical engineer.
One week ago I bought a camera from one of your company's shops in the city center to use it in my work and take photos for our installations in the project, for that I chose a high quality model. However, when I went back home and tried to use the camera I found that the flash was not working and the quality of the photos was not as good as mentioned in the futures of the camera. Therefor in the same day I returned the camera to the shop and talked to the reception's employee in the shop who received the camera and promised me to repair it or exchange it by a new camera. But till today there is no any response from your company and still I have not got my camera.
Hence, kindly I need your support to expedite the repairing of my camera or to instructed the employee in the shop to give a new camera .Your prompt action is a highly appreciated
