To the manager,
I would like to share my experience last night at your restaurant. It turned out not to be what I was expecting and embarrassing.
There has been good reviews on google and high rating, so I decided to book the hall for a birthday party. Prior visiting all information was provided to the booking staff on call. And after confirmation were made that all arrangements are available.
To my surprise when the food got served it was half cooked and cold. I called the staff to check it, but they were adamant that the dish was fine although I showed them the proof. Upon my surprise they insisted me being rude and judgmental. As a result, I decided not to pay, upon which to my surprise staff told me they will call the cops.
Regardless of this I paid the money, but I need a refund. It has been a distressful experience in front of my relatives and friends.
Thanks
John
