say what kind of tenant you would prefer

Dear Sir,
My name is Harsimran kaur and I live in Pacific society just adjacent to the university. I am writing to express my willingness to rent out one room of my apartment to any of the university student.
Apparently, I live on ground floor and the room i am offering has a separate door to outside for entrance. The tenant will be provided 24*7 water and electricity facility which is of significant importance to everyone. I will also provide wifi facility included in rent charges which is a dire need of students. Although, I do not have separate parking, I will share my parking lot for one vehicle. The rent for per month will be 2000 Rs which I believe is quite reasonable and affordable. Apart from this, the market is very close and bus facility to commute is quite frequent.
I want to let out this room as I believe it would be a mutual benefit fer me and the tenant. It will be a source of income for me and as I live alone, someone's company could make the system better. I would prefer to let out my room to girls. I personally believe that women are proficient organizers in keeping the surroundings clean. It would be better for me to share with a girl and i will feel secure.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Harsimran kaur
