You have a full-time job and also doing a part time evening course.
You now find that you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter
• Describe the situation
• Explain why you cannot continue at this time
• Say what action you would like to take
Write atleast 150words
You do NOT need to write any addresses
Begin your letter as follows
Dear …………………,
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I would not be able to continue my evening course in French language for a few months. Let me explain my situation in detail.
I am working as an assistant manager in IDFC Mutual fund. Since, the organisation has launched a New Fund Offer from 24th September till 30th September. There is a lot of inflow of applications from the customers investing a huge amount of funds in the new schemes. Not only the applications have to be processed but also the high value cheques have to be banked on the same day.
My senior expects me to work for extra hours in office during this time with any errors and flaws. Investor applications are processed accurately, the cheques are banked as well as the funds are received in our pool account without any errors. As a result, I reach home at 10 pm so I will not be able to attend my classes from 6pm to 7 pm. Moreover, after reaching home I am so tired that I cannot focus on my studies and assignment.
I hope you will consider my situation and allow me to continue with my course and studies by joining the next available batch.
Your corporation will be highly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you soon
Yours sincerely,
Prabhpreet Kaur
