Dear Mr. Phillip,
I’m your student in the part-time Science class which is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. By writing this letter, I would like to seek your approval for my resignation for this course.
There are various reasons but the most conspicuous one stems from the fact that I cannot arrange my time to continue. In fact, as I stated in the course application form, I have a full-time job and unfortunately I fail to finish the work to go to class on time. Since I’m working for a real estate firm as a project manager and my company is scheduling to launch the new project next month, it requires me to work overtime every day.
However, I still need to complete this course, so I hope I could continue in the near future. Since same course will be repeated after five months, I suggest that instead of trying this time, I will follow the next course after finishing my project. Hopefully this is not unattainable.
Should there are any procedure for me to do before quitting, please let me know.
I highly appreciate your arrangement. Thank you in advance.
