Dear Sir and Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the house renovation that was made by your respective builder group. It was a 3 months home reconstruction contract and just finished last week.
Upon ocular inspection to the site, I found unpleasant work outcome and it made me disappointed. Let me tell you which part and what it had caused us. 1st is our sink, the pipe that should be connected from the sink down to the exit point was not meticulously attached and properly anchored. Thus the result was pretty horrible. We had a leak in the entire kitchen area thus damaged the flooring and other appliances. Secondly, each of our room doors, I supposed are not made to fit in the size. Every time we open and close the door, it will make a strange horror noise. I am certain it was because it was not properly installed and the materials that were used are not durable. I find it most unsatisfactory. Therefore, we are uneasy and not at peace with the overall outcome.
I am appealing to you to please take time in hearing my concerns and take some actions to fix it. According to the agreement we had prior to signing, in my own understanding, it was clearly stated that you can make a back job if there’s something comes up. I hope we can come up a reasonable and fair solution regarding this matter.
