Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to you to express my gratitude for providing me the opportunity to join in the evening course "Project Management 101". Although I am satisfied with the quality of the teachers, contents, and methods but I am dissatisfied with the classroom facility.
The teacher's quality in our evening courses is spectacular. They are domain experts in project management and also have practical project management experiences which help us a lot. As they are teaching us from their practical life project documents, the method of teaching is very helpful.
However, sometimes a good quality teacher cannot teach well if the classroom environment is not supportive. Our college is situated just beside an international stadium. Whenever there is a match running in the evening, the noise coming from the stadium hinders our concentration on the classes.
As our college very big and also as we are evening students only, we will be delighted if you provide us classrooms on Annex building which far away from the stadium. I have talked with my fellow classmates and everyone is agreed on it.
So, I am requesting you to take necessary action to provide us a better environment to learn what we intend to do.
Yours sincerely,
Abed Joy
