You have just returned from holiday and were not satisfied with your trip Write to the travel agency In your letter Say where when you went on holiday Explain why you are not satisfied with your holiday Tell them what you would like them to do

Dear Ms. Sanjevani,

I, Divya, am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction with hiring your agency for my first International trip to Ontario with my family. I had planned a trip for four weeks, and you informed me before-hand that everything is fixed, and that we would enjoy our trip. Unfortunately, the trip was disheartening to me and my family members.

In detail, we went to Ontario in the month of February as suggested by you. You have planned our four-week schedule, and also booked a five-star hotel, Holiday Inn. I was pleased to see the arrangements, and the scrumptious foods served by the hotel until I came to know that we had to pay the dinner prices, for which I was upset. Moreover, as per you, we had a private driver for our trip, but he did not turn up, which gave a bigger shock to me.

Now that we have returned back to India, I would demand you to pay back at least 40% of the price which I paid to you before my trip or else book a national trip to my family without any charges. If you do not respond to my mails, I may go further to complain to the police about your agency.

I look forward to a swift response.

Yours faithfully,
Divya Reddy
