First of all, I would like to show my deep appreciation to you and your family for hosting the last vacation in your house. By the way, I think my wallet that you gave me in my last birthday was left somewhere in your house. Specifically, it might be on the sofa in the living room as I guess. Thus, would you mind looking around to see whether it is on the sofa or not? There are some personal identity documents of mine in the wallet and I need them for upcoming driving license test.
Due to the urgent demand for it, I hope you could help to have it returned to me as soon as possible.
