<p class="MsoNormal">My name is Ahmed Karem, and I am a frequent traveller on
your trains. I would like to inform you about the loss of my bag on one of your
company’ trains.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On Thursday the 15<sup>th </sup>of January on train number 55
route B, heading from Cairo to Alexandria at 9:50. When I was heading to work, I
had a phone call which distracted me; I probably left the bag on seat number
45C. It is a black leather bag with a silver belt; it holds my personal laptop,
and my wallet which includes my credit card and valuable items. Furthermore, it
is a valuable gift from my father.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I would be grateful, if you could help me find my bag by
taking the required action in such cases. I also request to contact the railway
staff, who were on duty during that time; moreover, hanging a notice with the
bag’s descriptions would be useful.<o:p></o:p></p>
