You have paid for a cricket course at a Sports Club, but due to a medical reason cannot complete the entire course.
Write a letter to the course director. In your letter,
explain your interest in the course
describe your problems
find out if a refund is possible
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter as I have enrolled in the premier cricket course and wanted to discuss something related to it.
Since I have been playing cricket from my childhood, I was interested for this session as this would give me an opportunity to learn and play with the international cricketers. Moreover, the certifcation after the event would help me to apply for the national cricket tournament.
While I was preparing for this tremendous curriculum, I got infected with the Coronvirus. Consequently, I have got a severe fever and weakness. My doctor has advised me to isolate myself for fifteen days and take the prescribed medicines.
I feel terrible that I would not be able to be a part of this exciting course because the event would commence from tomorrow. Therefore, I would want to know if there are any refund policy of the admission fee as I would not be participating due to the mentioned challenge.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Chirag
