You have received a letter from your bank, asking you to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card. However, the card was missing from the envelope.
Write a letter to the bank's head office. In your letter:
• explain why you are writing
• express concern about the missing card
• ask them what they intend to do
Dear Sir,
I have been asked for a receipt of acceptance through a letter from your bank for receiving a new card while it was not there in the envelope. I would like to alarm it to you to take an immediate action so that my new card is not being misused. Besides, I would like to know what was the actual purpose was so that I could be stay aware.
I hold a saving account for almost a decade in your bank at Hammersmith, London branch and my account number is 1009443748520. Recently, I have received a courier from your bank containing an instruction letter about a new debit card and a complimentary offer coupons. I was wondering the actual reason for receiving a letter from the bank about a ATM card but there is no card inside it. Is the card missed or stolen on its way to reach me? I am afraid, if my card gets mishandled while there are many bank robberies happens to the customers hold lump sum of money in the account. I demand you to take this matter serious to investigate about the missing card. As well as, I want to hear about the truth behind sending out a communication letter with ambiguity.
I look forward to hearing from you soon
Your sincerely,
Yusa
