Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to notify you that I will not be able to join the course of your college for which I applied and was accepted. Let me explain the reasons for not attending the course in detail.
I applied for Advertising and Marketing course from Amity University on 24th September and my application was accepted by the university. As this course would have helped me enhance my promotional and marketing skills which will aid me to enhance my career and future prospects.
I regret to inform you that I will not be able to join the course as i gave an interview in McKinney company and have been selected for the job as an assistant manager with a decent salary and have accepted the offer. This will give me the opportunity to have an practical experience of the work culture and market. Moreover, it will help me to make goo contacts which will be beneficial in future.
I would like to request you to consider me for the course in next year semester as I am willing to join the course to increase my knowledge and expertise. Moreover, if you could provide me the university handbook containing details of the various courses and their fees.
