Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a frequent traveller of Jet airways and platinum member of Jet privilege . I prefer this airline as it is always on time and for the courteous service offered by the staff. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction which I faced during my recent trip.
Recently, I booked 9W 6 flight for my business trip. It was the cheapest flight and was reaching the destination within the stipulated time.
Let me explain in more detail. After security check, I went to check in counter to show my soft copy of boarding pass and to collect hard copy. In todays world , most of the documents I carry is in the form of soft copies. But staff insisted me to bring hard copy of the same and airline ticket and noted me that without it, they wont allow me to pass the check in counter.
Somehow, I managed to get printout of both the documents, but in meantime the queue of that counter was doubled and my another 15-20 minutes was wasted in that queue. I would like to suggest you a viable solution. It would be great if management briefs the team about rules and regulations and allow digital copies of the documents as well.
