You have recently joined an evening course but you are finding it difficult to attend.
Write a letter to the course coordinator. In your letter

– Provide the course details.
– Explain why you are finding it difficult to attend.
– Suggest what could be done.

Dear Mr Smith,

I am Nirav Dave, a student enrolled for the IELTS coaching with enrolment number XXXX. I am writing this letter to inform you
about difficulties in attending an evening batch. By considering my eligibility to get permanent residency in Canada, I suppose to score minimum 7 bands in IELTS General and for improving writing and speaking skill I have registered in the last batch from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm as I have job during day time.

Indeed, during first week all things went well as per plan; however, owing to an additional responsibility to lead a significant project, I have to continue
working at workplace till 9:00 pm. The hectic schedule throughout the day has put physical and mental stress on me which apparently makes impossible for me to attend and concentrate in session after returning home.

To get out from this unavoidable situation, I would be grateful if you put my membership on hold for a while and consider the same for the next month's batch. Otherwise, please suggest me if weekend session is possible to arrange as I could manage time during that period.

Hope you would understand the circumstances and reply with plausible solution at your earliest convenience.

Yours sincerely,
Nirav Dave
