You have recently visited a city on vacation and stayed in a hotel. Write a letter to the manager about your stay. In your letter:
• Give details of your stay
• What were the high & low points of the hotel
• What are your suggestions; recommendations and / or complaints about the hotel
Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear .....................,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have recently stayed in your hotel Park Inn Bangalore, for about a week ago. The outside temperature was quite high during and unfortunately, when I am entered in the hotel room air conditioner was not fully operational. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and given proposition. Due to this and would like you to take steps so that it does not happen again.
I was checked into the hotel at afternoon on 24th July and straightaway went to bed. However, after turning the air conditioner on, I realized that the room was not getting cooler and the room temperature was exceptional high, but the outside view was astonish which was give me some peace and pleasure.
I called the hotel staff to solve the problem but they could not do anything and no other room was available at that time. Hence, I decided to stay in this room and open the window so natural air to cool my room. I had to sleep in skimpy clothes, which I don't and prefer, to over the heat. Noise from the road came through in the open window and my sleep was disrupted again and again.
I think it would be a good idea to install the central heating and cooling system and be ready for such arousal issues. A room system for each room along with the central heating and cooling system will be check before the guest come into the room. . Perhaps you would consider giving me a discount if I stay at your hotel next time.
Regards,
Gaurav Sharma.
