You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to study/work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter:
• describe the situation
• explain your problems and why it is difficult to study/work
• say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am displeased my accommodation which I am sharing with another student. Although the room is fantastic and have adequate space to study, my classmate is irritating me all the time and make it difficult to concentrate on my work.
Please kindly allow me to elaborate this matter; the room is shared by me and Rahul. I am pursuing in Master in computer application while he is student of arts stream and his main course is relates to dance and music.
As I mentioned that his study is relates to arts and he want to become a professional dancer. Moreover, he does his practice in our room by playing music on very frequency. Therefore, not only it is very difficult situation for me to focus on my work after college but also to take a healthy sleep. Owing to this, my performance is going down day by day.
I hope you look into this matter personally because all my future is depend upon my master degree. If you have another vacant room or the room which is shared my profession student then could you allow me to shift?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Aman
