You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
- describe the situation
- explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
- say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir,
My self Milan Desai, I am currently living in Wing-B of student union building in Northwest complex, London. I am writing this epistle to express my dissatisfaction towards accommodation arrangement that I have right now. I am sharing this accommodation with fellow student which I found difficult to live-in and all of these are hampering my study.
The major problem with shared accommodation is that no two person are never alike and their though process do not match. We have a very different type of living. I work in a morning shift (9 AM to 6 PM) while my roommate works in a day shift (1 PM to 10 PM). When she returned home, she watches television and carry on with her stuff but all this activities of her disturb me a lot. I can not study peacefully in my room. Besides this, most of the time she brings her friend to our room and stay awake until mid night.
I can not study anymore in this room as I am not able to concentrate on my study due to these unavoidable circumstances caused by her. I would like to have a room with reading table and a single bed in a different complex. I would really appreciate your kindness if you can find me an alternate shelter. I can understand that it would be really difficult for you to find me a rearrange resident in middle of the semester but I am sure you will help me out with this current problem.
I look forward to hearing you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Milan Desai
