you ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this to complaint about delay of sending my cheque book from your bank. I have been waiting for it in the last 2 weeks, but it is not in to my hands till now. As I am regular customer of your bank and I am using your bank services for 2 years but, never it happened delay of any service. This time the cheque book is bit urgent to me but due to irresponsible service of your employee’s I was answerable to my house owner as I have to pay him rent of this month through cheque. I was very upset with your bank service this time. I have applied for new cheque book 15 before and while requesting they said it will be delivered within 3 days but not yet received. They are even talking irresponsible while calling to the branch. I want to know still how many days it takes to get delivered. Also, this kind of action actually give a bad remark to your bank and people like me will not prefer to utilise your services. Further, it would be appraised if you take appropriate action regarding this so as to not repeat this kind of bad behaviour again.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Abc.
