Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle to inform about the bad services being provided by your bank and additionally inquire about the chequebooks which I had ordered from the bank two weeks ago. Let me explain the situation.
To elucidate two weeks ago I had visited your branch office at Central Park Road to deposit some cash additionally I also placed an order for a chequebook at the online kiosk. As per the receipt generated by the machine, I was supposed to receive the chequebook by last week but it has been two weeks and I haven't received anything. Despite my repeated calls and the assurances being provided by the bank, the issue has not been resolved until now thus I would like to request you to look into this matter.
May I know how long shall I need to wait for the chequebook additionally I would also like to know what action you will take to resolve this matter so that such incidents are not repeated time and again.
I look forward to your immediate response and speedy resolution.
