I am writing in reference to inquire about my chequebook which I had ordered two weeks ago from your branch office. I would like to inform you that I haven’t received it till date. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I hold a salary account with your bank which was recently opened by my employer to credit my salary. The account opening procedure involved me to visit one of your branches in the City Centre where I needed to sign some documents thus during this signoff procedure I requested a chequebook to be delivered to my mailing address. Although I was supposed to receive this chequebook within seven working days it has been two weeks now. Additionally, I would like to highlight here that despite my several reminders and follow up calls with your customer service team no concrete resolution was provided therefore my patience is running out and I am dissatisfied with the poor banking service.
Hence I would like to know how long I need to wait till I receive the chequebook. I would also need a detailed explanation of the actions which you will take to provide a speedy resolution.
