Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my appreciation for the service I was offered on 20th of December when I visited your hotel along with my family and friends to celebrate the 90th birthday of my father.
Most of the respected guests were in their early 90s except me and my sisters. The party was arranged to keep in mind the choice and requirements of elderly people. Your staff went out of the way to make the party memorable by providing cool seating arrangements on the seaside with melodious classical music. The waiters were professional and polite and obviously, they were seasoned enough to avoid to encroach too much on the proceedings.
Food was not only incredibly tasty but also fully nutritious and fresh to satisfy the hunger of guests (with poor stomach and weak teeth) in a safer but astounding way.
In your team Mr Ali was just a bright boy, he got his all colleagues more organized to follow our requirements.
Please accept my gratitude, and extend my regards to your staff.
