Dear Sir. Or Madam;
I am writing with regard to some vital documents that I have left on your hotel last week. One of my colleague and I were at your hotel to have a meeting with our company consultant, Dr. Norbert Cezhc , from 02. Feb till 04.Feb.
My room number was 718 at 4th floor and I think that I forgot to collect all my stuff before check out, since our meeting finished at 11 AM and our flight was at 2PM, so we had to leave the hotel in hurry.
As I mentioned, those paper are considerably important and if any of our opponent access them, a huge amount of our crucial data will be public, which brings a new set of concerns. They include some important information about most of the ongoing projects. Most of them are original test reports and unfortunately, there are not any copy of them.
Now, I am writing to request if you are so kind as to check the room to see if those documents are there or they might collect by cleaning staffs, and send them me as soon as possible.
I hope my request will not inconvenience you too much.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
Yalda Asgari.
