You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
1- Say where you think you left the papers.
2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.
Dear Sir,
I am penning down this epistle in connection with important documents which I regrettably misplaced at the room I stayed in your hotel Rose garden London last weekend.
I stayed in your executive suite from October 14th till October 16th and attended a business conference held at the main hall on October 15th. After my departure and return to Delhi, I noticed that I missed those documents at the suite, perhaps I remember it must be on the drawer beside the bed.
Those are extremely important papers which includes my company financial information and the notes I took during the conference. Without these, I will be in big trouble.
Finally, I would plead to conduct a thorough search in the suite and have all the papers under your possession. I will send out a staff of mine to collect it for me or Perhaps, will fly to London to gather it personally.
Your swift action is highly awaited and thank you very much for your consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Tom
