Dear sir/Madam
I am John Brown, who has participated in the National Accountant anniversary in your hotel which was held in the Dimond hall. I am writing about my lost documents that were with me on 2nd May 2020.
The last time that I can remember my documents was in the conference center when I was with my friends and colleagues, and then i come back to my room in room 204 in beach side part of the hotel. Please note that all of my documents, that are some papers which are related to my company information in the red cover.
Unfortunately, all of my relevant documents are lost, and I just have five days to find them because I have to come back to my country on 8th May, which is my flight already booked from my company.
Please inform your "Lost and found" manager to call me about my vital documents.
I am looking forward to receiving any information or good news about my documents.
Yours faithfully,
John Brown
