Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that the brand new microwave I bought from your store in Down Town Beach last week is not functional.
I bought the appliance to easily warm up cooked food but unfortunately, it did not serve its purpose for even once. At the store, the equipment seems to work properly but when I brought it home that was not the case. Firstly, I heard a loud sound inside and then later smoke starts to ooze out of it. I think there might be a short circuit. As of now, the power light cannot be switched on.
Let me explain what happened when I called the customer service to report the problem. I called for over one hour and no one bothered to pick up and when one lady finally did, she promised to send a technician with a replacement immediately but until now no action.
Even though I have known that the store always strive to give its customers the best but unfortunately, I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the product I purchased and the service given to me. There should be improvements on how customer service department handle customers and I also need a replacement by tomorrow afternoon.
I am expecting to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
