YOU RECENTLY DID A SHORT COOKERY COURSE. THE COOKERY SCHOOL HAS ASKED FOR YOUR FEEDBACK ON THIS COURSE.
Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter,
- describe what you enjoyed about the course
- say how much cooking you’ve done since the course
- suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my immense happiness after learning skills from your cooking school.
I enjoyed learning in making different types of cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, and Indian. I was a rookie in cooking as earlier I do not even know the information about adding the adequate amount of spices in the dishes. Learning from this course, I was able to conquer this weakness that I had earlier.
After completing the course, I have been cooking daily and preparing meals for myself. Earlier, I used to had a light breakfast like a sandwich with a cup of tea. Nowadays, I am preparing lunch and dinner for me and my flatmates, and those recipes that had been taught in those cooking sessions were amazing because I got feedback from my roommates. They told me that I am making scrumptious meals after learning from your cooking school.
I was hoping to learn more from your cooking school, and I search in your brochure about learning Japanese food. Unfortunately, I did not find this cooking course. I would request you to please add this course to your school so that I can learn to make delicious kinds of seafood which are only cooked by Japanese people.
I am looking forward to hearing a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
