Hope this email finds you well. I'm writing this message to express my dissatisfaction from the service provided by your restaurant. Recently, I reserved a table for my family at the restaurant based on the idea that your foods and services are one of the bests in the town. However, when the food served, the meal was not even close to what I'd thought; my steak was cold and even not the same as what I ordered -- I asked for medium rare but it was much harder than what it should be. In addition, all the waiters/waitresses there were so busy, and wasn't taking care of our table. There were couple times that I figured out my guests were looking for a waiter to show up for bringing us forks. It also happened to me when I was waiting for around five minutes to tell your waiter that something is wrong with my steak.
I highly recommend you to find a way to solve this problem, because I know that your restaurant is well-known in the town and this problem will be counted as a huge threaten to it. As a possible solution, top of my head, is to control the balance between the number of attendees and the waiters/waitresses. I personally think that this problem happened because your employees were all so busy, however, by balancing the numbers, not only your attendees will be satisfied by getting enough attention, but also your waiters/waitresses will be less occupied and can be more focused on what they are doing, leading to having better services.
At the end, I hope my comments help you in managing your entity, and brings more contribution to the people living in that neighborhood. Thanks for your time to hearing about my concern.
