I am writing this letter in order to divert your attention towards few issues which I am facing in Aman Private Limited.
I joined the organization last week as a computer operator in order to earn money for tuition fee. Also, this is the only reason I opted for part-time because in morning I go for my classes. Although work-life balance is very much satisfactory, expert guidance and trainings for new staff is my point of my concern.
Let me explain, when I caught in major client issues, I do not receive support from experienced persons to assist me in that and most of the time it end up missing imperative project deadlines. Secondly, I feel uncomfortable in operating new laptop devices because of the lack of training during my initial period.
I would like to suggest that assign a one senior person for few weeks to guide me in critical problems so that I can broaden my horizon towards different client issues. It will save the cost for training as expert mind will give us on the job training.
