I am writing this letter to inform you that on my recent trip I experienced very bad service from the taxi driver of your company. Moreover, I never received any response from you side upon filing a complaint.
I want to draw you attention that it is very saddening that your company did not even bother to contact me regarding the issue. While using the taxi of your company I faced several problems such as: the driver was rude, unprofessional and refused to help me in lifting my luggage.
In light of this, I would appreciate if you could look into this issue to improve customer satisfaction. In addition to that it would be really great if your company could compensate me for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact me at 235-663-2687 for nay further information.
