You recently used a taxi and left some important documents there. Write a letter to the taxi manager and say:
– Describe what you left and where it happened.
– Why are these papers important?
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to you to inform you about my lost documents in your taxi.
On this Friday morning, I hired your taxi (Taxi number AP01AU 1587) to attend an interview in Google located at Gachibowli of Hyderabad. The journey took around 30 minutes from Pragathi Nagar to Gachibowli due to heavy traffic. In the hurry of the interview, I left my file in your taxi.
The file contains all my original educational credentials, some important ID proofs, passport and my Debit cards too. I need the original documents in order to get my job secured. With my request, the recruiter carried out the interview and fortunately, I have been selected for the position. As per the company norms, I need to submit the educational credentials to secure the job.
I have tried to contact the taxi driver myself, unfortunately, I am unable to reach him. I would like you to contact your driver and provide my documents by this weekend. Here is my contact details, Plot no 1021, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad and my contact number is 9676940333.
I am waiting for your prompt reply on this behalf.
Best wishes,
Suresh
