Dear Store Manager,
I am writing to you to express my displeasure about the store services and staff during my visit to the Chancery lane store recently.
I along with my family had visited the store yesterday evening. On my other visits I have seen the staff at the entrance greet the customers but yesterday nobody greeted us. While I was surfing through the store, I likes a dress and wanted a bigger size for trial. I requested one of the staff to find a bigger size. So he did, and went in the warehouse at the basement to fetch one.
But even after waiting for the next 15 mins he did not come back. We checked with other staff members but they completely ignored our query and left the place. I found this behavior unprofessional and uncourteous.
I would suggest that the areas for each staff member be earmarked for their responsibility so that they handle any customer queries and pay attention to customer requests.
Hope you would take my suggestions into consideration for better services and train your staff to be courteous towards their customers.
Sincerely yours
Amber
