Dear Madam,

I am a student residing in Room No. 103, Block A of girls hostel Main Building. I am writing to you with respect to the challenges that I am currently facing with the room and arrangement.

Block A of Hostel main building is located close to the college auditorium. Since, my room is located on the ground floor, it gets noisy in the evening when the drama club members do their rehearsals. I have to take afternoon calls for work but it becomes very challenging since most of the times my team members on call complain that I am not audible.

I would also like to inform you that I work for the early morning shift and leave for work at 6 a.m. My roommate who works during evening shifts returns from work at 2 a.m. My sleep gets interrupted due to which I remain lazy for the rest of the day.

In view of the above, I would request you to change my room with a day shift room mate so that I can focus better on my work.

Yours Sincerely
Amber
