Dear Madam
I am one of the students who residing in a hostel in room no 101. I am penning down this epistle to express my dissatisfaction about the behaviour of my room mate which causes lots of irritation to me.
My roommate is from arts department who always create trouble with her activities, due to which I am not unable to concentrate on my studies. Her friends use to visit our room during midnight and do late night parties, while playing loud music. Moreover, the most annoying thing is that she takes my belongings without taking my permission. She is also use very rude and abusive language with me which is unbearable.
I already mentioned you that I am very studious person and choose medical stream to build my future better. So, you can easily understand that it would be really difficult for me to study in such a bad environment. I would like to request you to change my room for next term or provide me single room for living. If you cannot do so now kind Counsel her to change her behaviour and show some generosity towards other.
I hope you understand my condition and I would like to request you to take an action on an immediate basis.
