Dear Sir,
I am a student of 2nd year Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Although, I like my majors but I always has a desire to learn about computers from an early age. I recently found college advertisement about 6 weeks computer course training starting from 25th of this month. As I have a passion to acquire computer knowledge. I want to enrol in this program when I read the full pamphlet it mentioned the participant should have prior elementary certificate or diploma in computers if he/she wishes to enter. I will elaborate the reason why I am writing to you.
I believe in getting with the all aspects of computer technology while I was a child. I dreamt of it everyday but due to my family's poor financial condition this desire got shattered. I have to pursue technical subjects because they wanted me to have a stable job as early as possible.
I request you to please consider my case as a special one so that my dream can be fulfilled and I promise I will manage all the expenses of this course. Even I promise you, I will work hard and give it my all.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
XYZ
