I want to enrol in this program when I read the full pamphlet it mentioned the participant should have prior elementary certificate or diploma in computers if he/she wishes to enter. I will elaborate the reason why I am writing to you.
I believe in getting with the all aspects of computer technology while I was a child. I dreamt of it everyday but due to my family's poor financial condition this desire got shattered. I have to pursue technical subjects because they wanted me to have a stable job as early as possible.
