I am writing this letter to let you know what happened on this weekend when I was coming back to my house after my job. Everything was perfect until two younger get inside to the bus and start to scream with all passengers, after 20 minutes screaming he tried hit the driver with one piece of metal.
This kind of situation cannot be acceptable because the driver was driving the car and could be injury several people. I was affected because everyone included me arrived too late at home and feel afraid that what could happen there. It was so tragic. I am traumatized.
I suggest you to hire some security to avoid others situation like that. Moreover it is every important to the passengers feel comfortable and safe when they are going back to their house after a hard work job day and after all watch this type of fact.
