Dear Manager,
I am part of the musician's group which would have a meet on Tuesday and Fridays evening in the community hall, but unfortunately I have been warned that the Hall is no longer available to use the hall anymore. Moreover, with this situation I need to find some new place for the meet happen and we make a special evening for everyone.
Our group has making several people to have fun and we work hard for we arrive where we are, so I would appreciate if you give for us some authorization to use the hall on Monday and Thursday as I have been checked and the community hall is available during this days. We believe that our group of musician are making some old people enjoy and relax when they listen our music and this kind of program is also good for young people once we teach them how to use the instruments and they can became a musician in the future.
